I WORK WITH PASSION

For two decades, I have been dedicated to cultivating skills in the field of personal development. My background enables me to support clients in their development process, and allows me to create a comprehensive personalized coaching program which pulls from both therapeutic methods and the Integral Coaching methodology.

Often times, clients are shifting from one stage of development to another and therefore need extra tools to approach their situation differently to move through stuck places. All of my education and experience provides me with the necessary skills to assist a variety of individuals in a multitude of situations.

Reimagining Motherhood

A Supportive and Experiential Workshop for Mothers.

This class provides a safe space for authentic connection as we explore our experiences of motherhood. Our intention is to open ourselves up to view modern motherhood from a wider lens that includes a feminist rspective. We will learn together in a supportive atmosphere how to set better boundaries amidst the hard demands of family. This Reimagining Motherhood Workshop asks us to explore the possibilities for our roles as mothers in the hopes create more balance and joy.
